Description
Officer Pezzulo was a police officer for the Port Authority Police Department in New York. He was a school teacher before he became an officer. Just one year into his career change, he died in the line-of-duty on 9/11 when the World Trade Center towers collapsed.
We interviewed Officer Pezzulo's friend and fellow teacher, Offiicer Joe Cirrito, who then became a police officer on the LAPD with a mission in mind to keep Officer Pezzulo's memory alive.
Officer Cirrito shares some great memories of his friend and tells us who Dominick Pezzulo was as a person, a teacher, a cop and as a friend.
